Warranty and returns

From the date of purchase, the product is covered by a 30-day warranty. The warranty is valid only if the care instructions specified in the warranty card are followed.
If you return a product during the warranty period (a buyer has the right to return or exchange a new product within 14 days, in accordance with Art. 19 of Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection), the product must be new, in its original packaging, without signs of use and with the warranty card.
