Delivery and payment

Delivery methods:

• Courier delivery within Chișinău (Tuesday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00)
• Pickup (Monday–Sunday, 09:00–20:00) from NL Collection and Rieker stores listed on the Our Stores page

Upon delivery, the product is handed to the Buyer or the person indicated as the order recipient.

When receiving the product, the Buyer (or the recipient) must check its appearance, integrity, composition, quantity, quality, and the presence of the warranty card and receipt. During delivery you can try on the shoes in the presence of the courier. If the size does not fit, you can return the product to the courier and we will arrange a repeat delivery of the correct size.

Payment

The product price is indicated on the website.

Order payment is made as follows:

• The product price is indicated on the website.
• Order payment is made as follows:
  - Delivery: cash and online
  - Pickup: cash or bank card. You will receive the packaged product, the warranty card with shoe care rules, and the receipt.
  - Online payment by Visa, Mastercard on the website during checkout
• Cash payments are accepted only in Moldovan lei.
• The buyer may pay by card only in the case of pickup from our stores

We do not collect excessive data and limit collection to the information necessary to provide services.
